At Integrated Bodywork, your privacy is our priority. We manage all personal health information in strict accordance with Ontario’s Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) and federal PIPEDA standards.

Collection of Data

To provide safe and effective care, we are required by our regulatory body (CMTO) to collect specific information, including your health history and contact details. This information is stored securely within our practice management platform, Jane App, which uses bank-level encryption to keep your data safe.

Your Consent

We only share your information with your explicit consent—for example, when sending a progress report to your doctor. You may withdraw this consent at any time.

Record Retention

As required by Ontario law, we maintain all patient records for a minimum of seven (7) years from the date of your last visit.
