What to expect at your first visit to Integrated Bodywork
Integrated Bodywork Takes a Holistic Approach to Your Health
At your first visit, we will:
- Determine treatment goals
- Feedback and self-care
You will be asked to fill out a health history form if you haven’t filled it out online, which your practitioner will discuss with you while addressing your concerns and answering any questions you may have. Your practitioner will perform some assessments before and after each session to best determine your course of treatment and to check the progress in subsequent treatments as well. It is recommended to bring a loose pair of shorts/yoga pants and sports bra/tank top/tee shirt which will allow the practitioner to assess and treat your spine and move your arms and legs freely to treat your body efficiently.
Your treatment will include one or many modalities (e.g., osteopathy, frequency specific microcurrent and massage therapy.) Feel free to ask questions or provide feedback to the practitioner.
Your practitioner will listen to your feedback and may offer suggestions for self-care to support your condition and enhance the effects of your treatment. Follow up sessions may be suggested and booked at this time.

I have had the pleasure of being treated by Ki-Hun for several years. In fact, Ki-Hun is used by everyone in my family. My mom who is 83 was unable to climb stairs when she moved in with us seven years ago. After Ki-Hun’s treatments and using the frequency specific microcurrent, my mom is climbing stairs and enjoying a lifestyle that she thought was not possible.
Two years ago I underwent emergency dental and sinus surgery and I had to have my top teeth removed. Ki-Hun came to the house after the surgery and used the microcurrent and cranial manipulations to attempt to remedy pain. The expected time of recovery for this type of surgery is 8 weeks. I was back to work in 5 days and I feel this was due the wonderful care provided by Ki-Hun.
My daughter is a national level competitive swimmer and she trains 24 hours per week. Thanks to Ki-Hun, she has avoided a number of injuries that a number of her team mates have experienced.
I can’t say enough about Ki-Hun and his professionalism and expertise. I would recommend him to anyone wishing to live a great life.
